Offering seating for just over 12,000 people, terrific acoustics and a spacious veranda overlooking the Detroit River, Cobo Arena has been a popular concert venue for decades, hosting shows by such artists as KISS, Bob Seger, Kid Rock, Yes and The Police. Once home to the Detroit Pistons, the arena still hosts an impressive array of exciting sports events, such as hockey games, boxing matches, martial arts competitions and fencing tournaments, along with numerous conventions, conferences and trade shows as well.
